If you suffer from a chronic disease you may be eligible for tax benefits (Income Tax, buying a house, automobile tax, bank accounts and even in the purchase of vehicles).

If an assessment shows that the percentage of your disability is equal to or greater than 60%, you will be entitled to a number of benefits.
Submit a substantiated expert opinion
Our methodology consists in preparing a report, duly structured and documented with complementary tests (CT, NMR, X-rays, etc.) substantiating the nature and severity of the disability suffered by the patient.
Submit a request to the committee
Equipped with an expert opinion prepared by us, patients should request a confirmation of incapacity via the Regional Health Authority, which will set up a Medical Committee.
The official certificate of incapacity issued by this Committee can then be submitted to the various bodies, which must return it to the applicant after taking a simple photocopy.
Final note: The recent downward revision of the Tables will result in a loss of benefits for some sufferers of disabilities.

Apresente um parecer fundamentado

Solicite a Junta
Munido do parecer por nós elaborado o utente deve solicitar a confirmação de incapacidade através do Delegado Regional de Saúde, que convoca uma Junta Médica.
O atestado oficial de incapacidade emanado desta Junta pode assim ser apresentado nas diversas entidades que o deverão devolver ao interessado, após realização de fotocópia simples.
